This warranty applies only to products purchased from SCHWUA website and is valid from the original date of receiving the item. It is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to others.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, or use not in accordance with the product instructions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your product develops a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, follow these steps to make a claim:

  2. Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Repair or Replacement

Once we receive the item and confirm the warranty claim, we will either:

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal value.

In some cases, if a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Warranty Claim Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service team. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void if the product is altered, serviced by unauthorized personnel, or used for purposes other than those for which it was designed. Products used in commercial settings are also not covered by this warranty.
